We all have a very personal geography. For EDO, it is his native Caracas. And this beautiful city has an immense and imposing guardian that guides, protects, and elevates it: the mountains of El Ávila. EDO pays tribute to it in this series that captures its omnipresent silhouette and reinterprets it with a pop spirit. Inspired by Monet's vision of light, Ávila Pop Art evokes the mountain through different times of day, connecting art, urban memory, and affection for a city that was once at the forefront and is now a landscape.
